Exchange of documents, signature of papers must be done after double-checking and only upon an acknowledgement. • The food that is served would mainly consist of the regional cuisine. Therefore only those officials who are flexible to all kinds of eating habits must be sent for such business trips. Business travel may also involve liquor parties. The official must always follow etiquette during such times. • Communication must always be maintained with the company or the business firm, to keep the higher authorities updated on the proceedings of the business travel. • Lastly, the expenses incurred by the executive during business travel are borne by the company.
